Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and in the interest of keeping our food security to a high standard, we cannot and will not accept returns. 


If in the unlikely event you have experienced a problem with one of our products and feel that your product is of inferior quality please adhere to the following procedure:

  • DO NOT consume
  • DO NOT throw the product away. Kindly seal it in an airtight container in your freezer.
  • CONTACT US at info@thegrainery.co.za. We will get back to you with a resolution within 48 hours.

In the interest of good business and customer relations, we kindly ask that you contact us directly should you have any issues and not via public social media platforms. We would really appreciate the opportunity to rectify any issues amicably and vow to do so to the best of our ability.
